Q: WHAT IS YOUR TURN AROUND TIME?

 

A: This varies per project, but standard is 2-3 weeks for normal sessions and 6-8 weeks for large projects or weddings.

 

 

 

Q: I FEEL AWKWARD IN FRONT OF THE CAMERA...?

 

A: Don't worry! you and me both! but fortunately we have years of posing experience, and often work by offering prompts to our clients to let moments happen naturally. By the end of the session you won't be feeling awkward! you will be excited to see what we created together ;)

 

 

 

Q: HOW DO I BOOK?

 

A: The easiest and most efficient way to book is to contact us through our contact form for weddings and fill out as much information as possible! In most cases a interactive brochure will be sent immediately allowing you to pick the package you like best! If one is not sent we will get back to you ASAP to talk details!

Q: WILL YOU GIVE ME THE RAW PHOTOS, OR UNEDITED VERSIONS?

 

A: No, unfortunately we cannot. We work really hard to get your photos ready for printing and sharing. We don't want you to have sub standard work, we want you to get our best! We also don't want any images floating around that do not fit our branding, so our customers know to always expect quality!

 

 

 

Q: ARE YOU INSURED?

 

A: Absolutely. Many wedding venues require photographers to be fully insured, and we meet that requirement. We have no problem providing documentation as needed. Your peace of mind is important to us, and our commitment to professionalism extends to being fully insured for your protection and ours.

 

 

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER VIDEOGRAPHY SERVICES?

 

A: Yes, we love capturing both photo and video for your wedding. As a family team of three, we work seamlessly together. We even offer discounts on combo packages to ensure we work with our videographer whenever possible. While we believe our videographer is special, we also work well with other videographers. The choice is yours!

 

 

 

Q: DO YOU OFFER DRONE PHOTOGRAPHY OR VIDEOGRAPHY?

 

A: Yes, weather permitting, we offer drone services to all our wedding clients who book video with us. However, there may be limitations such as flying restrictions in certain areas, venue policies, and adverse weather conditions that could prevent us from providing this service. While we don't promise, we always do our best to include it in your special day.

 

 

 

Q: HOW DO YOU PREVENT THE LOSS OF IMAGES?

 

A: We take the safety of your images very seriously. All our cameras have dual-slot card readers, recording data simultaneously to back it up immediately on the day of your session or wedding. Once we return home, we back up the images again on our local hard drive and in the cloud, ensuring multiple layers of protection for your precious memories.
